From today and until 14th March, Valencia Fallas committee can sign up to XI edition "Premis Xufa de València" which are granted to the best Fallas scenes of Valencia tigernut and Valencia tigernut milk.

These awards are promoted by the Regulatory Council of the Valencia Tigernut Milk Mark of Origin, which are focussed to acknowledge the work of Fallas artists and the willingness of Fallas committees to support a genuinely Valencian product such as Valencia tiger nut milk.

The three Fallas committees winners will be awarded with 350 liters of real Valencia tigernut milk.

The committee awarded first place will get 200 liters of Valencia tigernut milk (around 1200 tastings) and a banner. The award-winning in second and third position will get 100 liters (around 600 tastings) and 50 liters (around 300 tastings) of Valencia Tigernut Milk, respectively, and two banners.

The aim of these "Premis Xufa de València" is to inform and promote a genuine valencian drink such as Valencia Tigernut Milk which is strictly linked to Fallas festival.
