ENRIQUETTO'S CUSTARD

Ingredients

• 1 bottle of milk ideal
• 1 / 2 cup of horchata of tigernut from Valencia.
• 4 eggs.
• 6 or 7 tablespoons of sugar.
• 3 tablespoons of pure cocoa powder (Valor).
• caramel liquid.
• 12 Maria biscuits

Preparation

* Heat the milk and the glass of Horchata and the sugar without boiling .

* Beat the eggs and milk is added very slowly to avoid setting the egg.
