The torrijas, one of the desserts that are made during the celebration of Holy Week has been reinvented this year by the Denomination of Origin Tigernut from Valencia. The new recipe can be tasted in various restaurants in Valencia, a dessert in which the taste of authentic horchata is blended with cinnamon, sugar or honey.
