The Regulatory Council of the D.O. Tigernut from Valencia has distributed Horchata and rosquilletas during the XXI Mostra de Vins, Caves, Licors i XIX d'aliments Tradicionals of the Comunitat Valenciana.

The rosquilletas, made with flour extracted from the tuber, which is grown in 16 municipalities of the comarca de l'Horta Nord Valencia, is an innovation created by the Regulatory Council DO Tigernut from Valencia to show the potential of this product in the food.
