January 20, 2010 .- The 2010 edition of FITUR welcomes the Horchata of Chufa from Valencia, one of the protagonists products of the stand with which the Region of Valencia will promote it at this international fair.

The visitors of the stand of the Region can taste until 24 January the authentic Horchata from Valencia.
 
Furthermore, today will be an important day for Horchata of Chufa from Valencia which will have a special presence at the reception offered by the President of the Generalitat, Francisco Camps, to the councilors of the municipalities of Valencia presents in FITUR. The 300 guest of the event can enjoy the Valencian drink par excellence, whose many properties beneficial to health, supported by medical studies, make it much more than just a drink.
 
This initiative is part of the actions undertaken since the Regulatory Council of the DO Chufa from Valencia, in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture and Tourism of the Generalitat Valenciana, to promote the consumption of Horchata of Chufa from Valencia.
