
Separate the egg yolks of the egg whites.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and add the liquid cream. Mix and add the cornstarch, the honey and the horchata. Stir the mixture in cold.
Warm and stir (better with a language of silicone) until it starts boiling and thickens.
Remove from the heat and distribute in small saucepans. Cool at ambient temperature and put into the refrigerator.
When it is already cold, dust sugar superficially and burn with a blowpipe or similar.
