FLAN OF HORCHATA OF TIGERNUT FROM VALENCIA

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of Horchata of Tigernut from Valencia.
  • 5 eggs.
  • 125 gr of sugar.
  • Liquid caramel.

Preparation

Add to the horchata the eggs and the sugar. Beat for 2 minutes.

Put the caramel in a microwavew mould, add the previous miscellany and put in the microwave for 3 minutes at 600 watts.

Wait for a minute without opening and program again for 6 minutes at 500 watts. Stop without opening for a few minutes, program again for 3 minutes at 500 watts, puncture to see if it is curdled and cool in the refrigerator. Take out of the mould.
