NOUGAT WITH HORCHATA ICE CREAM AND COOKIES OF COFFEE

Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 persons

  •  3 spoonfuls of sugar
  •  2 spoonfuls of soluble coffee(café)
  •  400 grams of ice cream of nougat
  •  1 small glass of horchata
  •  1 sheet of frozen puff-pastry
  •  4 drops of lemon juice

 

Preparation

  • Mix almost the whole sugar with the soluble coffee and extend the mixture  to put on in the sheet of puff-pastry.
  • Extend the sheet of puff-pastry with the help of a roller.
  • Cut the mass in long and thin strips and put in the oven preheated to 180 centigrades degrees, approximately for 10 minutes.
  • Do a candy in a ladle with the rest of the sugar, water and a few drops of lemon.
  • Put in the plate, the ice cream in the shape of balls, bath it with the horchata and decorate with the candy.
  •  Serve with the cookies of puff-pastry of coffee.
