CARAMEL OF HORCHATA AND CHEESE PORTIONS

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of liquid horchata.
  • 10 cheese portions.
  • 1 packet of curd.
  • 60 grams of sugar.

Preparation

  • Use a cup of milk to break the curd.
  • Dissolve cheese portions in the remaining milk and heat until it boils. At that time, add the curd mixed with milk before. 
  • Beat the mixture and wait until it boils.

 

Preparation with Thermomix

  • Put all ingredients in a glass of the Thermomix and schedule 7 minutes at 90 centigrade degrees and speed at level 4.
  • After that time, pour the mixture in a mold of silicone that previously have wet with water and drained.
  • Cool and put in the fridge until the next day.
  • Unmold and serve very cold.
