FRENCH TOAST OF HORCHATA

Ingredients

  • Horchata of Tigernut from Valencia
  • Bread of the previous day
  • Eggs
  • Oil
  • Glazed sugar
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

Leave the bread slices soaking for several hours in Horchata of Chufa from Valencia.
Coat in beaten egg and fry in hot oil.
Put to drain and sprinkle with glazed sugar and cinnamon.
