HORCHATA AND PEAR SHAKE

Ingredients

  • 3 Williams pears
  • 1,5 cups of Horchata of Chufa from Valencia
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
 

Preparation


  • Peel pears and remove the seeds. Crush them.
  • Add the horchata and beat well.
  • Serve the shake, decorating it with brown sugar.
