"VALENCIA EARTH AND SEA" COCKTAIL

Ingredients

  • 1/3 of Horchata of tigernut from Valencia
  • 1/3 of Loquat Liquor
  • 1/3 of Cream

Preparation

On the occasion of the celebration of America's Cup in Valencia, the Bartenders Association of Spain (ABE) created a series of cocktails based on typical products of the earth as horchata, orange and lemon.

"Valencia Earth and Sea" is a creation of the barman Roberto Sánchez Díaz.
