CAKE 3.2.1 OF HORCHATA OF TIGERNUT FROM VALENCIA

Ingredients

  • 250 gr of cake flour (it already includes the yeast).
  • 4 eggs.
  • 1 cup of sugar.
  • 1 glass of horchata
  • 1/2 cup of oil.

Preparation

  • Mix the eggs with sugar until the mass is frothy.
  • Add the horchata and oil to form a cream.
  • Throw slowly the flour until the dough is ready.
  • Grease the mold and pour the mixture inside it.
  • Oven for about 30 minutes at 180 C degrees.
  • Cool and unmold.
