BIZCOFLAN OF HORCHATA AND BISCUIT (FUSSIONCOOK)

Ingredients

 
For the flan:

     * 1,5 cups of Horchata of Tigernut from Valencia
     * 2 eggs
     * 4 tablespoons of sugar
     * Liquid candy for the bottom of the mold

 

For the cake:

     * 2 eggs
     * 60 g of sugar
     * 60 gr of flour
     * 4 "Maria" cookies

Preparation

For the flan:

1. Beat the eggs and the sugar and heat a little the horchata in the microwave.
2. Add the horchata and beat.
3. Put in the mold previously caramelized.


For the cake:

1. Beat the eggs with the sugar for a long time.
2. Add the flour and integrate it with movements in the shape of a circle.
3. Put the cookies over the mixture, and cover it completely.
4. Put the mixture over the dough for the cake (a spoonful).
5. Place the mold inside the basket and bowl. Add 2 meters of water, put in the basket with the opened mold and close the valve. Program at 120C degrees for 25 minutes, cool and put in the refrigerator.
6. Remove the mold when it is cold.
