HORCHATA BISCUIT (FUSSIONCOOK)

Ingredients

* 200 gr de Horchata of tigernut from Valencia
* 220 gr flour
* 180 gr sugar
* 50 gr ground almonds
* 50 grams of olive oil
* 4 eggs
* 1 envelope yeast royal
* Grated lemon

Preparation

1. Take the eggs and separate yolks and white.
2. Take the eggs white  with a pinch of salt and whisk. Then add a half of sugar.
3. In another bowl add the egg yolks, the grated lemon, olive oil, ground almonds, flour, yeast, sugar and the rest of the horchata and beat with sticks.
4. When you are mixing, add the eggs white and mix (f it costs a bit to mix all)
5. We take a mold (in this case silicon) and grease all the mold sides with oil.
6. Put the mold in the fussioncook  and add the mixture. We feature 140 º oven 40 minutes. In this case, was not yet so fraught function has 150 º oven 20 minutes more.
