TIGERNUT CREAM

Ingredients

  •      Tigernuts
  •      Water
  •      Honey or syrup or concentrated apple

Preparation


  1. Prepare a thick tigernut extract with 200 grams of good tigernut for a half liter of water.
  2. soak the tigernut in water all night, and wash well. Grind with the blender together with water. Strain.
  3. Sweeten it with honey or syrup or concentrated apple juice, put the pan on fire and move it with a spatula until boiling. It thickens.
  4. Is a special cream with very fine taste, and sweetened with syrup if it is compatible with all cooked food. If it is sweetened with honey, it is adequate for meals or snacks and bread fruit.
