2. Horchata of tigernut from Valencia

4. Fructose or concentrate of apple or honey
1. Put in a bowl the horchata of tigernut.
2. Cut the bread in small slices (better if it is of the previous day) and wet in the hrorchata, coat in egg and fry in a pan with a little oil.
3. Smear with fructose or a bit of concentrate of apple in order that it is more digestive.
