FLAN OF HORCHATA OF TIGERNUT FROM VALENCIA (Thermomix)

Ingredients

  • 450 grams of Horchata of tigernut from Valencia
  • 10 cheese portions.
  • 1 envelope curd (12 grams).
  • 45 grams of sugar.

Preparation

We miss all the ingredients in the glass. Schedule 7 minutes, temperature 90 degrees, 4 speed.
When the machine pour the cream into the mold and after cooling to the refrigerator until the next day.
