
Pour into the cup flour, yeast, sugar and put in a few seconds to sift V6.
Add the oil, the essence, almond, the Horchata and yolks. Schedule 10 seg. to V.6. Pour on the reserved meringue and mix gently with the straw.
Pour into a mold lined with baking paper and spread over chocolate pearls.
Bake 20 min. heat up and down and only 10 min more heat down until it is done, check with a toothpick (pricked the cake comes out dry and if it is already cooked)
