DUORXATA

Ingredients

For the flan horchata:
* ½ liter of Horchata of tigernut from Valencia
* 1 on preparation of flans 4 servings
* A big spoonful of Maizena


To hail of horchata:

* ½ liter of Horchata
* 100 grs. fruits of the forest.
* 1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation

Flan of horchata:
1. Put in a saucepan the horchata, and when hot, remove a cup in a little of it.
2. Dissolve the contents of the envelope in the bowl of custard and add the tablespoon of cornstarch.
3. When disposed, to incorporate new pan and, stirring with a rod, keep on medium heat until it begins to boil.
4. Remove from heat and pour into the container resting on the glass. Allow to cool in the refrigerator.


Hailing from the horchata:

1. Using a blender, crush the fruit in the forest with some horchata to facilitate the work. Add sugar. It is necessary to do so, since the frutilias woods are quite acidic. Still, this point does not remove acid to taste so delicious after a copious meal.
2. Add the rest of horchata, stir and put into a lidded container in the freezer.
3. The next day, before food preparation or grinding.
4. Put this in the slush cup base, and put in the refrigerator until you get the dessert flan cup of horchata above.
5. Garnish with mint or a touch of mint and a few blueberries or fruit that you have to color.
