CHOCOLATES OF HORCHATA OF TIGERNUT FROM VALENCIA

Ingredients

     * A glass of Horchata of Tigernut from Valencia.
     * Three tablespoons of condensed milk.
     * Two sheets of gelatin.
     * Pure chocolate.

Preparation

To make the chocolate, cover cork cups with film paper and put in melted chocolate.
Once cooled, prepare the filling.


Warm horchata slightly and dissolve the gelatin sheets, previously hydrated.
Add condensed milk, remove, let cool and fill the cups.


Once everything is cool, decorate it.
